Official Rules & Terms
Eligibility for Promotion
All Radiant Credit Union ("Radiant”) Members in good standing who obtain an auto loan, personal loan or Adventure Vehicle loan (including eligible jet skis, golf carts, ATVs and similar recreational vehicles as determined by Radiant) with Radiant during the period beginning July 31, 2026, and ending August 31, 2026, are automatically entered. See Manual Entries below for non-automatic contest entry. Participation is limited to eligible persons who are 18 years or older and U.S. residents. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. No purchase necessary. Contest governed by the laws of the State of Florida. "Members in good standing" means all required loan payments and membership obligations are current at the time of entry and, if selected as a winner, throughout the prize period. Radiant reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Radiant's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.
Promotion Period
The Promotion period begins on July 31, 2026, and ends on August 31, 2026, and applies to entries received by Radiant during this period. Employees of Radiant, members of the Board of Directors and the immediate family members of each residing in the same household are not eligible. Radiant will attempt to notify winners by telephone, email and/or U.S. mail using contact information on file. If any prize is unclaimed, alternate winners will be selected by random drawing from remaining eligible entries until all prizes have been awarded.
Prizes
Radiant will award a total of eight (8) prizes. Each prize consists of Radiant making the winner's regularly scheduled monthly payment directly to the winning loan account, up to a maximum of $500 per month, for up to 12 consecutive months, not to exceed a total prize value of $6,000. Prize payments shall be based on the winner's regularly scheduled monthly payment due under the loan agreement as determined by Radiant. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received, and Radiant makes no assurances about any entry’s chance of receiving the prize. To remain eligible to receive monthly prize payments, the winning loan and all Radiant accounts must remain in good standing. If the loan is not current under the terms of the loan agreement, is paid in full, refinanced, charged off, or otherwise terminated before the end of the 12-month prize period, remaining prize payments will cease. Prize payments will not exceed the remaining balance of the winning loan. Any unused portion of the prize has no cash value and will be forfeited. Limit one (1) prize per member/household during the Promotion Period. Winners are not eligible to receive additional prizes in this Promotion.
Automatic Entries
Automatic entry is earned when an eligible new automobile loan, personal loan, or adventure vehicle loan is approved, funded and disbursed by Radiant during the Promotion Period, or when a non-Radiant eligible loan is refinanced and funded by Radiant during the Promotion Period. If the account is a multiple party account, the entry will be based on the primary account owner and each loan financed will receive one entry.
Manual Entries
No purchase necessary. All other entries will be entered in the drawing to win one of the prizes upon receipt of a written entry on a 3 x 5 piece of paper setting forth the entrant’s name, address, telephone number, and account number/member number if applicable. Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than August 31, 2026, and received by Radiant no later than September 3, 2026, to be eligible. Entries must be mailed to: Radiant Credit Union at Attn: Win Your Payments Promotion, 4440 NW 25th Place, Gainesville, FL, 32606. One entry per envelope for manual entries; no photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted; and Radiant is not responsible for lost, late, misdelivered, incomplete, or postage-due entries. Only one manual entry will be accepted per person and/or per household. Manual entries have an equal chance of winning as automatic entries. All entries become the property of Radiant Credit Union and will not be returned.
Prize Claim
To claim the prize, all winners must sign and return a release and an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release to Radiant Credit Union at Attn: Win Your Payments Promotion, 4440 NW 25th Place, Gainesville, FL, 32606, within 14 days of notification, or prizes will, at Radiant’s discretion, be forfeited. The prize will be awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules. Prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or transferred. Prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned or substituted except by Radiant. Radiant reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If a winner dies or becomes legally incapacitated before all prize payments have been made, remaining prize payments shall cease.
Agreement
You agree that entry into the ‘Promotion’ did not induce you to become a member of Radiant Credit Union or obtain an auto loan, personal loan, or adventure vehicle loan with Radiant during the Promotion period. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation except where prohibited by law. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local or other taxes or other assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this promotion. Radiant may issue applicable tax reporting documents, including IRS Form 1099-MISC or other required tax forms.
Release of Claims
All winners, members of any winner’s household, relatives and persons who use any prize awarded by Radiant, and such person’s heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt Radiant and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, choses in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death. Radiant is not responsible for technical, printing, typographical, computer, network or human errors. Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Radiant Credit Union's Privacy Policy.
Winners
The names of the prize winners will be published on Radiant's website, social media channels, and other promotional materials. Winners will be selected in random drawings on:
- August 7, 2026 (entries received July 31–August 6)
- August 14, 2026 (entries received July 31–August 13)
- August 21, 2026 (entries received July 31–August 20)
- September 3, 2026 (entries received July 31–August 31)
Non-winning eligible entries remain eligible for all subsequent drawings. Radiant reserves the right to conduct any drawing on a later date if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require rescheduling. The selection of the prize winners hereunder will be final.
